During my time at Deliveree, I’ve had the opportunity to lead design projects from inception to execution, working alongside cross-functional teams, business execs, and stakeholders. These projects impact hundreds of millions of users across three countries, and include:

• Maintaining and enhancing core Full Truck Load and Driver App experiences

• Building the Less Than Truck Load and Full Container Load businesses from the ground up

• Redesigning the Fleet Partner Dashboard

• Enhancing the Recipient Dashboard and Admin Panel

Key Projects and Achievements

• Quick Commerce Shopping: Released during the COVID pandemic in just two weeks, this project was one of the fastest deliveries my team and I accomplished. From design to execution, we created a mobile-first experience that allowed users to shop quickly and efficiently

• Design and Management: I led design sprints, maintained the design library, and ensured that both web and mobile products adhered to a mobile-first approach while maintaining consistent patterns. I facilitated design critiques and workshops, ensuring product direction remained aligned with business goals.

• Collaboration and Mentorship: Managing a team of junior designers, I collaborated with stakeholders during requirement gathering, led white-boarding sessions, and held prototype demos to gather feedback. In addition, I partnered with product managers, data teams, and tech leads to identify pain points and optimize user experiences.
